BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Baker Wildcats left-hander Chris Cummins was tabbed HAAC Pitcher of the Week the conference announced on Monday afternoon.
The Corona, California native recorded two complete-game victories against Graceland University and Benedictine College. Cummins racked up 16 strikeouts with just five walks while posting a 1.93 ERA. On the season, Cummins owns a 3-0 record with a 2.83 ERA.
Baker will be back in action Monday afternoon when they travel to Benedictine College for a 1:00 p.m., doubleheader. The Wildcats will return back home on Wednesday for a doubleheader with Evangel University.
