Baker women take down Ottawa 73-60
BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Baker University swept the Baker Classic this weekend when they defeated Park University 80-50 on Friday evening and swiftly took down Ottawa Saturday afternoon 73-60.
Three players scored in double digits, Aubree Gustin (pictured) with 15, Emily Gibson with 14 and Brittany Hines with 12, as the Baker women improved to 3-2 on the season. Emily Gibson recorded her second double-double of the season pulling down 10 rebounds with her 14 points.
Baker will be back in action Tuesday when they travel to Kansas Wesleyan University for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off.
