Gibson, the HAAC Newcomer of the Year as a junior transfer from Washburn University, also finished inside the top five in blocks per game (2nd, 1.69); field goal percentage (4th, .497) and double doubles (1st, 17).
"It's a great honor for Emily especially in her first year with the program," BU coach Susan Decker said. "We know she will continue to make a huge impact on the program with her abilities and we look forward to seeing what she can accomplish as a senior." Decker said.
Baker finished the season with a 18-14 overall record. The Wildcats earned a trip to the HAAC Tournament for the tenth straight season, falling to the top-seeded William Jewell Cardinals in the semifinals.
