Baker women’s basketball falls at Friends University, 67-77
WICHITA, Kan. – After starting the season 2-0, the Baker women’s basketball team suffered its first setback of the 2010-11 campaign falling 67-77 to Friends University.
Two players scored in double figures. Senior Emily Gibson led the way with 16 points and 8 rebounds and junior Brooke Sanders (pictured) chipped in with 15 points while shooting 6-for-8 from the floor.
Turnovers were key, as the Wildcats committed 27 turnovers, a season high.
