In her first game in a Wildcat uniform, BriAnna Garza shined at point guard for Baker with a team high 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting. The Austin, Texas native also had three rebounds and two assists.
Baker did turn the ball over 27 times and allowed the Bobcats to shoot 50-percent from the floor on 32-of-64 shooting and C of O capitalized with 32 points off of those turnovers.
Baker received 30 points from its bench thanks to nine points both from Kyrstie Ehm and Ciarra Washington. Ericka Simpson also added six points off the bench and Rashida Simpson led the Wildcats in rebounds with 10.
College of the Ozarks got to the line 28 times on Friday night and hit 67.9-percent of those from the charity stripe, shooting 19-of-28. The Wildcats managed to shoot just 6-of-13 from the free-throw line.
Three Bobcats scored in double figures including Morgan Smith 25, Tanner Merriman with 12 and Kayla Kepler with 11.
The Wildcats did outrebound the Bobcats, 35-31, and hit seven three-pointers, three more than their counterpart.
