75 Free Tickets Available for MNU Game

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Thanks to a generous donation by Baker University President Dr. Pat Long's office, 75 tickets have been donated to Baker students for the Baker vs. MidAmerica Nazarene basketball doubleheader on Thursday, Feb. 14. in Olathe, Kan.

Fans are asked to come pick up 50 of those free tickets in Mabee 213 on campus on Wednesday, Feb. 13 until 5 p.m., and then all day on Thursday, Feb. 14. A limit of two tickets per person has been put in place for the promotion.

The other 25 free tickets will be given away on Thursday in a trivia contest. The Baker athletics department will send out a trivia question on our Facebook page at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday. The Baker student to correctly answer the trivia question will receive five free tickets and can pick them up in Mabee 213.

The Baker women's basketball team enters Thursday's game on a seven game winning streak and overall record of 18-8, and will take on a MidAmerica Nazarene team that sits atop the HAAC standings alone in first-place with an overall mark of 23-2 and 13-1 and is ranked No. 9 in the country,

The Wildcat men's basketball team is 14-11 on the year and took MNU to overtime last time out at home on Jan. 10, falling to the Pioneers 92-87. MNU is ranked No. 22 in the country and enters the game 19-7 overall and 11-3 in the HAAC.
