Baker will now take on No. 1 seeded MidAmerica Nazarene on Saturday afternoon in the HAAC semifinals.
MNU defeated No. 8 seeded Missouri Valley, 73-64, to advance to the HAAC semis.
Baker jumped out to a 7-0 lead to begin Thursday's contest and forced a Peru State timeout.
The Bobcats then came out scorching out of the timeout to tie it up at 7-7 then took its first lead with a bucket by team leader Courtney Ward.
Baker regained the lead at 12-11 off of an Alisha Fanshier field goal and never gave up the lead in the final 35 minutes of the contest.
Ward scored nearly half of Peru State's points on her own with 31 points on 13-of-25 shooting and finished with a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Baker scored its most points in a game since a 92-39 win over Central Christian of the Bible, back on Nov. 24.
The Wildcats had four players score in double figures including a team high 20 from Fanshier. Shea Shoemaker, BriAnna Garza and Rece Huddlin all scored 10 points.
Baker shot 49.3-percent from the floor and nailed eight three-point baskets, they also outrebounded the Bobcats by 20, 52-32.
Huddlin had a double-double with 10 points and 10 boards and Macy Wallisch led all players with her 12 rebounds to go along with five points and two assists.
With the victory Baker improved to 20-11 on the year and won its 20th game in a season for the first time since the 2004-05 season.
