Baker almost came all the way back from a 38-27 halftime deficit, by outscoring Tabor, 49-41, in the second half.
The Baker offense shot 31-of-70 from the field and 9-of-22 from behind the arc, but coughed up the ball 14 times and put Tabor on the free-throw line 34 times, 22-of-34, and allowed TC to shoot 11-of-20 from three-point range, 55-percent.
Tabor also had four double-digit scorers on the night, but the Wildcats topped that with five double figure scorers, as Kyrstie Ehm led the way with 16, while Macy Wallisch had 14 and BriAnna Garza had 12.
Shea Shoemaker scored 10, while Rashida Simpson had 11 along with seven rebounds.
The Wildcats return to HAAC action on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 5:30 p.m. in Atchison, Kan.
