Baker went 8-3 last season and qualified for the 2012 NAIA FCS Playoffs for the first time since 2008, as they took on No. 6 St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Ind.
The Wildcats eventually lost, 22-17, to the Cougars but appeared in the playoffs for the 12th time in school history.
Baker opened up 2012 on fire with four straight victories including a season opening win at No. 11 Ottawa University, 27-20. They also won four straight from Oct. 6-Nov. 10.
The 2013 Baker University football schedule will be released in the near future.
