Bradley Receives Opportunity at Mizzou

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker alum and co-offensive coordinator, quarterbacks and receivers coach Kendall Bradley has accepted the position of offensive quality control coach at the University of Missouri.

He will join the SEC school after a playing and coaching career at Baker under head coach Mike Grossner.

"Kendall has jumped on a nice opportunity for him and his family at the University of Missouri," said Grossner. "He will be working with a fine staff that includes one of our own Mack Brown. This is why we do what we do as coaches. To help others achieve their dreams. He has prepared himself well in all areas to achieve his goals in our profession, and we wish him the best of luck."

In 2011 Bradley helped lead a passing offense that ranked 1st in the HAAC (top 20 in the NAIA) in multiple categories. Sophomore quarterback Jake Morse led the HAAC in completion percentage, yards per game, and efficiency. Morse received 1st-Team All-HAAC honors in 2011 and was named HAAC Co-Offensive Player of the year in Bradley's first season coaching Quarterbacks.

During Bradley's tenure on the staff, the Wildcats have finished each season ranked in the top 25 poll. Baker finished #23 in 2009 and 2010, #21 in 2011 and #14 in 2012. Coach Bradley also served as the video coordinator and head JV coach for the Wildcats.

Bradley played quarterback at Baker from 2004-2008. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science, as well as his MLA in Management and Leadership from Baker University. Kendall's wife, Jenn, is also a Baker graduate.

Fellow Baker alum and former BU assistant coach Matt Brock also left the Wildcats for an opportunity at Texas Tech last month, as he is now the defensive quality control coach for the Red Raiders.

Baker filled these two voids with former Indianapolis Colts and University of Kansas player, Tony Blevins as the new secondary coach and Baker alum Andy Bibb has been brought on as the new offensive line coach. Bibb was recently the Coffeyville Community College o-line coach.

"Each of these hiring's away this summer have created opportunities for other guys to grow in our program," said Grossner. "We have hired Tony Blevins, former Indianapolis Colts and KU player, as our secondary coach; and Andy Bibb, BU Alum and Coffeyville CC OL coach, as our offensive line coach. We expect both guys will continue the tradition of a very impressive group of young coaches/players that we have had at our university in the past decade."

Brock and Bradley join an extensive list of fellow Wildcats that are currently coaching at the NCAA Division I level including Eric Munoz, Auburn University; Jake Miller, Rice University; Mack Brown, University of Missouri; and Brian Sheppard, Indiana State University.

Below is a list of former Baker University players or coaches that have been part of the Baker family since 2004 when coach Grossner began his stint at BU that are currently coaching football around the country or are still playing the sport or working in the sports administration field.
