BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker University freshman standout kicker/wide receiver Clarence Clark earned the first Heart of America Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week award of his career on Saturday.

Clark played a part in 13 points for the Wildcats in a 37-20 win over MidAmerica Nazarene in front of a Homecoming crowd at Liston Stadium.

The freshman from Phoenix, Ariz., hit all four of his PATs as well as a 47-yard field goal. In the third quarter, he also lined up for another field goal, but converted a fake for a 25-yard touchdown that exploded the home Baker crowd inside Liston Stadium.

The No. 11 ranked Wildcats will next take on Culver-Stockton College this Saturday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. in Canton, Mo. The Wildcats enter the game with a 4-1 overall record and 2-1 HAAC mark.
