Six players score in double digits as Baker rolls
BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - The Baker men's basketball team continues to ride a hot streak. They have recorded five straight wins after defeating Tabor College Monday evening by a score of 104-92.
Six players scored in double figures: Andre Strozier with 22, Sam Kenney with 17, Austin Bond with 16, Jaris Wommack with16, Malcolm Greer with 13 and Manuel Medina with 10.
The Wildcats shot 58 percent from the floor and 33 percent from beyond the arc en route to their longest winning streak since 2006 when they won five straight to begin the season.
Tuesday evening the WIldcats will travel to Maryville, Mo., for a exhibition contest with Northwest Missouri State at 7:30 p.m.
