Baker men drop HAAC home opener to No. 14 Lindenwood

Wildcats drop fourth-straight game
Lindenwood never trailed in a commanding 19 point victory

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker men’s basketball team continues to struggle offensively. Lindenwood took command throughout and never looked back after taking a 15-13 lead with 10 minutes remaining in the first half.

Jaris Wommack led the way offensively scoring 14 points off 5-of-12 shooting from the floor. Joe Wachter added 10 points, but it wasn't enough to stop the powerful offense of No. 14 Lindenwood.

The Lions (7-1, 2-0 HAAC) had three players score in double figures with Kramer Soderberg leading the way with 20 points.

Baker (3-6, 0-2 HAAC) will be back in action on Monday evening when they take on Evangel University at 7:30 p.m., in Springfield, Mo.
