Baker's point guard Julian Mills scored a season high 23 points and was nearly perfect from the floor, shooing 10-of-11 and had six rebounds.
USAO improved to a perfect 6-0 on the season, while Baker fell to 6-2 with the loss and hadn't lost a regular season game since its season opener at home against Hastings College on Nov. 3.
The Wildcats had trouble stopping USAO's Brandon Cutler and Jahseth Lloyd. As Cutler scored a game high 26 points, he also knocked down 10 shots from the field and Lloyd scored 17 points and grabbed 13 boards.
Baker trailed 38-30 at halftime and made a dent in the USAO lead in the second half bringing the score to within two, 51-49, with a bucket from Baba Diallo with 11:57 to go.
But USAO went on a 9-2 run in the next two minutes to extend the lead to 60-49. Science and Arts only had nine turnovers on the night and got to the line 32 times, but only connected on 18 of those.
Baker went 3-of-15 from behind the three-point arc and Chris Lockhart made two of those and finished the night with 15 points.
Ben Steinlage had a team high 10 rebounds and EJ Carter had a solid game with eight points and eight rebounds.
The Wildcats will next take on tournament host St. Gregory's on Saturday at 4 p.m. in the tournament finale.
