Steinlage led the Wildcats in scoring last week, leading his team to a pair of victories over Missouri Valley and Avila.
He averaged 21 points and 7 rebounds while shooting 14-of-21 (.667) from the field and 5-of-6 from three-point range to go along with a 9-of-12 clip from the free throw line.
A native of Corning, Kan., Steinlage began the week with 28 points and five rebounds against Avila when he hit all four of his three-point shots as part of an 8-of-10 shooting line while also making 8-of-9 free throws.
He followed that up with 14 points and nine rebounds in a six-point win over Missouri Valley on Saturday, hitting 6-of-11 shots from the field.
The Wildcats are currently 13-8 overall and 6-5 in the HAAC and all alone in fifth-place and will take on Graceland this Thursday, Jan. 31 at 7:30 p.m. at home and No. 19 ranked Evangel University this Saturday, Feb. 2 at 4 p.m. also at the Collins Center.
