Men’s soccer defeats Missouri Baptist 4-0

Steven Stewart

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Wildcats offense woke up this past weekend when they scored four goals against Missouri Baptist University on Friday afternoon at the North Park Soccer Complex.

Steven Stewart (pictured) led the way offensively recording the fourth and final goal of the game late in the second half. Stewart also tallied an assist earlier in the contest.

Substitutions were key. The four tallies the Wildcats recorded were all courtesy of bench play from Nate Byarly (2), Steven Stewart (1), Connor Brehm (1).

The Wildcats (3-2) will be back in action next Friday and Saturday when they host Hannibal-Lagrange College and Westminster College at the North Park Soccer Complex.
