No. 2 Baker Ties OCU, 0-0

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The No. 2 ranked Baker University men’s soccer match against Oklahoma City University ended in a 0-0 tie in the 71st minute due to heavy lighting in the area.

The tie brought Baker’s record to 0-1-1, while OCU moved to 0-0-1 in its season opener.

The Wildcats had plenty of chances with 12 shots and two of those on goal coming from Nick Aguilar and Nate Byarlay.

The Baker defense was stout, allowing just four shots and none on goal, giving keeper Matt Bickley a quite night in goal.

Byarlay, Aguilar and Cameron Zimmerman led the team with two shots apiece and five other Wildcats attempted a shot.
