After a an overtime that featured no shots by Benedictine and four by Baker, the Wildcats had a big scoring chance with five minutes left in the second OT, as senior Andy Griffin squared up for a penalty kick.
The big defender took his shot and it sailed high, nailing the top cross bar and the match went on. Neither team could muster much of an opportunity after that point and the game ended in a 2-2 tie.
Baker moves to 8-4-2 overall and 2-1-1 in the HAAC, while the Ravens moved to 9-2-1 and 3-0-1 in the conference.
Ben Coyle scored the games first goal of the night in the 20th minute on a nifty move racing past the BC defenders. Then just nine minutes out of halftime, Chris Tuso scored on a pass from Jordan Thacker to put Baker up 2-0.
But the Ravens came roaring back and scored in the 74th minute with a goal by Kenneth Clarizio and Jacob Fischer tied things up in the 79th minute past keeper Matt Bickley.
The Wildcats attempted 14 shots on the night, while the Ravens took 13.
Baker will Hastings College this Wednesday evening on the road at 6 p.m.
