KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its 2013 NAIA Men's Soccer All-America teams on Monday, and two members of the Baker University men's soccer team earned spots on the extraordinary list.

Seniors Andy Griffin and Matt Bickley were named to the Second Team and Honorable Mention teams respectively. This is the first NAIA All-America award for Griffin and second for Bickley. He was also named a 2011 Honorable Mention All-American.

The NAIA All-America committee consists of the NAIA-Men's Soccer Coaches Association Executive Committee, the National Championship Games Committee and four men's soccer coaches—selected based on geography. Each team—first, second and third—consists of 11 members.

The 2013 Select Sport America-NAIA National Coach of the Year will be announced at the National Soccer Coaches' Association of America (NSCAA) National Convention, held in Philadelphia, Pa., from Jan. 15-19, 2014.

Griffin, a 6'5 defender from Olathe, Kan., led the 'Cats in goals scored with seven and shots taken with 44. He was not only a force offensively on set pieces off corner kicks and throw-ins but he was a force on the defensive end, and helped the Baker defense allow just 24 goals on the year in 23 games.

Bickley played all but 20 minutes in goal this season, registering 2,076 minutes at goalkeeper for the Wildcats. He had 102 saves and a goals-against-average of 1.000. He also had seven shutouts on the year.
