Baker tennis teams making strides heading into spring break trip
BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker University tennis teams are off to full action after playing their opening matches of the 2012 season.
The Baker women (1-2) opened the season with a 5-4 victory over Stephens College, before dropping back-to-back matches against Rockhurst and Johnson County Community College.
“I’m really looking forward to the rest of our season,” said Baker head tennis coach Joe Ahmadian. “We still have an incomplete line-up heading into our spring break trip, but we should be back at full strength once we get back.”
