Aaron Caldwell and the Wildcats will next compete at the Rim Rock Farm Classic on Sept. 29
BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Senior men’s cross country runner Aaron Caldwell earned this week’s Heart of America Athletic Conference Runner of the Week award after his solid performance at the Missouri Southern Stampede last Saturday.
Caldwell gave the Wildcats their second Runner of the Week award in three weeks after finishing in 8th-place in a field of 195 runners with a time of 26:06 over a wet 8K course to help Baker claim third place as a team. Lauren Jaqua earned the first HAAC women’s award in week one for Baker.
The weekly award winner will represent the HAAC in consideration for the NAIA Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week award, which will be announced on Tuesday afternoon.
