Baker Signs Washington Pitcher

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker University interim head softball coach Jamie Stanclift announced the signing of Wishkah Valley High School (Wash.) pitcher Teagan Louthan to a national letter of intent this week.

"Teagan's tall athletic build and eagerness to work will aid tremendously in her development and success as a Wildcat," said Stanclift. "The future is bright for her and we are very enthusiastic about her addition to our program."

Louthan is a four-year varsity letter winner at Wishkah Valley and she also played for a traveling team named the Washington Thunder.

She garnered All-League honors three-times and was a three-time League MVP and Defensive MVP. She was also awarded with the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) Player of the Week.
