Volleyball grabs three first team all-HAAC selections

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After finishing the regular season 26-11 overall and 9-0 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference regular season, the Baker University volleyball team added to its list of accolades as senior Brooke Allen (Topeka, Kan.), junior Jana Boss (Shawnee Mission, Kan.) and senior Christina Delladio (Bonner Springs, Kan.) were all named to the all-HAAC first team.

Both Brooke Allen and Jana Boss were respectively named Libero and Setter of the Year for the second consecutive season. Allen finished the season ranked 17^th nationally with 691 total digs (5.27 per set). Boss ranked 38^th nationally 1148 total assists on the season (8.7 assists per game).

Senior defensive specialist Kelsey Cobb (Overland Park, Kan.) and junior outside hitter Savannah Smith rounded out the all-HAAC second team. Senior middle hitter Sydney Pemberton was named to the honorable mention squad.

Coach of the Year honors were awarded to Kristin Steele of MidAmerica Nazarene.
