BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker University volleyball team swept the final list of conference awards this season, as freshman Hannah Bettge earned her fourth Setter of the Week honor, senior Renata Dill won her third Libero of the Week honor and Jasmyn Turner was awarded her first Hitter of the Week honor, announced on Monday.

Monday marked the first time this season one school won all three of the HAAC weekly Volleyball awards.

Turner picked up the first Hitter of the Week award for Baker this season as the Wildcats picked up wins in both of their matches last week.

The senior outside hitter from Lawrence, Kan., averaged 4.0 kills and 1.4 digs while also tallying five blocks and hitting .359. She had 16 kills in both matches, including a three-set win over Peru State in the first round of the HAAC Tournament.

Bettge won for the second-straight week and fourth time this season among the setters after another pair of all-around performances. The freshman from Gardner, Kan., dished out 100 assists in two matches, averaging 12.5 per set, while adding 19 kills, 13 digs and four blocks.

Bettge finished the regular season with 59 assists, 11 kills and 8 digs in a five-set win over Central Methodist before starting the postseason with 41 assists, 8 kills and 5 digs against Peru State.

Dill claimed her third weekly award of the 2013 season as the Wildcats improved to 22-8 with two victories last week.

The senior from Manhattan, Kan., averaged 8.3 digs per set that included a career-high 44 against Central Methodist, while also posting a .950 serve reception percentage and firing three service aces.

Bettge will represent the Heart of America Athletic Conference in consideration for the weekly NAIA Player of the Week award, which will be announced on Tuesday afternoon through the remainder of the regular season.

No. 3 seeded Baker will take on No. 2 seeded Evangel University this Wednesday, Nov. 13 in Springfield, Mo., in the semifinals of the HAAC Conference Tournament.
