The Baker women's team track team competed on Friday, Feb. 1 and the Wildcat men's team took on the Relays on Saturday, Feb. 2.
NAIA national leader in the triple jump, Baker's Jeremy Gathright, finished in third-place with a mark of 14 m.
Senior Aaron Caldwell broke the school record and hit the automatic A standard with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m run with a lifetime best of 8:41.85. Senior Clayton Hill took 5th-place in the men's shot put with a mark of 14.42 meters.
On the women's side, Stephanie Nelson improved to the automatic A standard in the shot put winning the event on her last throw with a mark of 13.64m.
Megan Rosa also improved to the automatic A standard in the women's 5000m with a time of 18:18.03 to finish 4th.
Tyler Sloan improved her school record and national ranking in the 60m hurdles, finishing with a time of 8.68 seconds, finishing second.
Freshman Khadijah Lane finished 3rd in the 400m dash with a time of 59.22 seconds and finally the women's 4x400m relay team consisting of Khadijah Lane, Diamond Griffity, Jaime Patnode and Tyler Sloan won their event with a time of 4:08.47.
