The Wildcats, led by head coach Karen Exon, will now compete in the 19th Annual Women's Golf National Championship in Lincoln, Neb., from May 21-24 at the Wilderness Ridge Golf Club.
Baker shot a two-round score of 747, 19 strokes ahead of second-place Central Methodist.
Rebecca Holder had the top individual finish for the Wildcats with her second-place finish round of 183. She competed in a three-hole playoff with Peru State's Jordan Schaardt to determine the individual champion and Schaardt won that playoff to grab the individual honors.
Bristol Brandt finished right behind her with a two-round 185 and took third and 2013 HAAC Women's Golfer of the Year Lindsey Mateer finished fifth with a 186.
Rachel Strecker finished tied for 16th with a 193 and Jade Brake took 23rd with a two-round score of 214.
CMU took second with a score of 766, Graceland was third with a 768, Peru State finished fourth with a 787, tournament host Culver-Stockton took fifth with a 795, Avila was sixth and shot 801 and Missouri Valley rounded things out with a two-round score of 929.
