BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Baker University will honor its women’s soccer team for its historic run to the national semifinals with a spirit rally at 3:45 p.m - 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the Collins Gym. The public is invited.
Baker, the champion of the Heart of America Athletic Conference, placed third at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics tournament last week in Decatur, Ala. The Wildcats went 3-1 in their first appearance in the national tournament and finished the season with a 14-6-4 record.
Fans arriving early at the rally will receive Wildcat pompoms, spirit beads, cowbells, clappers, horns and bandanas.
