The Wildcats scored all five of its goals in the first half as Alexa Fryer connected on two and teammates Jordan Dolbin, Finola Corley and Calli Proctor all scored.
Dolbin also placed two perfect corner kicks in front of the net and collected two assists on those corners to finish the day with four points.
The Scorpions lone goal came with 19:06 left in the game, as Nelleke Smits scored with an assist from Leah Russell.
Baker attempted 13 shots on the day with six on goal and defensively allowed just three shots on goal. Dolbin led the team in shots taken with four.
With the victory, Baker improves to 2-1-1 on the year, while UTB falls to 0-2. The Wildcats have a 10-day break in its schedule and will next take on Park University on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 5 p.m. at Liston Stadium.
