In a wild match, the Vikings Haley Ennis scored with just six seconds remaining in the second overtime to give MVC the goal and victory. Mo Valley ends the regular season 10-7-1 and 3-3-1.
With the loss, Baker earns the No. 3 seed in this week's HAAC Postseason tournament and will take face the No. 6 seed this Friday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. at Liston Stadium.
With the victory, Missouri Valley will serve as the No. 4 seed in the tournament and will host the No. 5 seed.
Breann Kinworthy scored first for the Vikings on Tuesday night on a cool crisp Fall night in the 16th minute on a penalty kick. Both teams battled in a defensive effort the rest of the half and MVC entered the half with a 1-0 lead.
Ashley Mauck finally tied things up in the 48th minute with the assist going to HAAC Offensive Player of the Week Jordan Dolbin.
Dolbin then scored a goal of her own in the 67th minute for her 11th on the year, but MVC tied things up at 2-2 with a goal from Cecilee Kidd in the 73rd minute.
Just five minutes later it looked as if the Wildcats put the game away with an Alexa Fryer goal in the 78th minute but Cayla Pisciotta sent the game to overtime and tied things up 3-3 in the 89th minute.
After the first overtime in which Mo Valley took two shots and the Wildcats took just one, the game was sent to a second overtime, each team took two shots in that second OT, but none bigger than Ennis' goal with six seconds left.
Baker took 21 shots on the night compared to 14 by MVC, Dolbin led all players with 10 shots.
