Despite outshooting the Cougars, 16-7, the Wildcats suffered its second shutout loss of the season and fall to 2-2 overall, while Columbia improve to 2-0-1.
The Cougars scored in the 21st minute with a goal from junior MacKenzie Knepper who scored a goal in the top corner of the net past keeper Rachel Theobald to score the matches only goal.
Krista Hooper led Baker with four shots and three on goal and Columbia's Erica Ramirez picked up the shut out win with nine saves.
The match got heated in the 44th minute when Amber Pickering and Rylee Bruhn got in a scuffle and both were ejected with red cards, so both teams played the remainder of the match with just 10 players.
