BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker University women's soccer team picked up its second tie of the season, as they ended its home match with No. 24 ranked Kansas Wesleyan in a 0-0 tie on Saturday evening.

The Wildcats currently stand at 4-3-2 on the year, while the Coyotes post a 2-3-3 record after the tie.

This is the third time Baker has been shutout on the year and it marks a fourth shut out for the Baker defense and second straight.

The match only featured 15 total shots, as Baker took seven and Kansas Wesleyan attempted eight.

Baker keeper Rachel Theobald had two saves and the 'Cats took two shots on goal. Krista Hooper led the team with three shots and Lesley Johnson, Keeley Atkin, Allison Haddad and Madison Armonoit took the other four shots.

Baker will next face Ottawa University on the road on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 5 p.m.
