The Wildcats are now 5-4-5 on the season and marked the first loss for the team since Sept. 8 when they fell 3-1 at McKendree.
The loss puts Baker at 1-1-2 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, while Benedictine moved to 7-5-2 overall, and 2-2 in the HAAC.
Baker only took two shots in the first half, finishing with nine the entire game including three shots on goal.
Shelby Schiraldi, Shaylynn Eldredge-McMillan, and Allison Haddad recorded two each and Ashley Mauck, Alexa Fryer, and Lesley Johnson all had one shot each.
The Wildcats were more aggressive in the second half taking seven shots, but could not find the net.
Benedictine took a total of 10 shots in the game, with five on goal. Jordan Francescon and Ashley Chandler scored for the Ravens.
Francescon's goal came in the 32nd minute, while Chandler's goal was scored in the 57th minute.
Rachel Theobald had three saves for the Wildcats, while Benedictine's Ashley Holland also had three saves.
The Wildcats will next travel to Hastings, Neb. to face Hastings College this Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 3:30 p.m.
