KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Baker University junior defenders Lesley Johnson and Hillary Yoder have been announced 2013 NAIA Women's Soccer Scholar-Athletes by the NAIA national office for their stellar work on and off the playing field.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.

Johnson was a 2013 All-HAAC Third Team selection after appearing in 18 games and helped led the Baker defense to seven shutouts.

Yoder appeared in nine games for the Wildcats and registered one goal and one assist and attempted four shots.
