2012: Back-to-back HAAC Champion in 2012 and 2011...HAAC Runner of the Week selection for the weeks of September 3rd, October 1st, and October 8th...All-HAAC selection for Top 10 placing at HAAC Meet...Finished 60th place with a time of 19:04 at Nationals at the Fort Vancouver National Historic site in Vancouver, Wash.,...Finished in 5th place with a time of 18:36 at the Mid-States Classic meet hosted by Southwestern College...Finished in 2nd place with a time of 18:33 at the Haskell Indian Nations University Invitational...Named the HAAC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week three times.

2011: Finished team-best 5th place at the Planet Sub Invitational in Emporia, Kan., with a 5K time of 18:32.53…Finished team-best 2nd place at the Gary Stoner Invitational in Fayette, Mo., with a 5K time of 18:51.27…Had yet another team-best finish at the Mid States Classic in Winfield, Kan., where she finished 2nd with a 5K time of 18:09:01…Won the individual title at the HAAC League Meet in Fayette, Mo., with a 5K time of 18:30.27…Finished 88th at the NAIA National Championship Meet in Vancouver, Wash., with a 5K time of 19:21…HAAC Runner of the Week selection for the weeks of September 26th, October 3rd, and October 24th…First Team All-HAAC Selection

PERSONAL: Lauren Elizabeth Jaqua was born in Wichita, Kan., and is the daughter of Carolyn Jaqua…Has 1 sibling: Ryan…Attended Lansing High School where she was the most decorated cross country and track runner in Lansing history…Member of National Honors Society, band, choir, NEHS, Science Club, and theatre…Chose Baker University over Emporia State, Pittsburg State, and University of Kansas…Enjoys musical theatre and swimming…Majoring in Secondary English Education.
