BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker University head wrestling coach Pete Di Poll announced the signing of future Mill Valley High School graduate Tyler Dickman to a national letter of intent this week.

Dickman will join the Wildcats in the fall of 2014 and was a 2014 undefeated State Champion and finished as the state runner-up in 2012, as well as took third at the 2013 state championship meet.

"We are ecstatic that Tyler has chosen to attend Baker University and wrestle for our team," said Di Pol. "He has had an amazing wrestling career in the state of Kansas and nationally. He has faced the toughest competition in Kansas and is a proven winner. He is a great fit for our wrestling program and our University."

Dickman accumulated a career record of 110-21 at Mill Valley and was a 2014 All-Academic Team member and is a Greco-Roman state champion.

He also was a two-time regional champion and three-time KVL champion. Dickman became the Northern Plains Freestyle Champion.
