BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker University head wrestling coach Pete Di Pol announced the signing of Baldwin High School standout Tucker Clark to a national letter of intent this week.

Clark will join the nationally ranked Wildcat wrestling program in the fall of 2014 and comes to Baker after a 133-44 career at BHS along with being a four-time state qualifier and three-time league champion.

He also was a three-time team captain and earned the KWCA Academic All-State honor. Clark earned the Ironman Award while wrestling for the Bulldogs of his perfect attendance at practice.

"Baker University has gained a very good wrestler but more importantly an outstanding young man that comes from a great local family," said Di Pol. "We know Tucker can wrestle but the things that stood out to us was his being a team captain for three years, his academic performance, and who he is as a person. We look forward to having his work ethic in our wrestling room and his families continued support of our wrestling program."
