The Wildcats went up against some tough competition from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, Community Colleges and NAIA teams.
NAIA All-American Brandon Gebhardt performed well again finishing third in the Elite Division of the 285 class, with his only loss coming to NCAA Division I's Tanner Harms from the University of Wyoming. He did defeat an NCAA Division I opponent in Air Force's Bentley Alsup twice.
Jarid Price had a solid tournament, finishing second in the Amateur Division in the 184-pound class. He defeated Chadron State's Devan Fors in the semifinals of the bracket to advance to the 184 Finals.
Freshman Bo Pursel finished sixth in the Amateur Division in the 141-pound class. He had a busy day wrestling in eight matches.
Fellow freshman Brandon Cunningham also took home sixth-place, but did so in the 174-pound division.
