Gebhardt ran his current winning streak to 13 matches as he took home the Kansas Cup title in the 285lb. division.

A native of Sparks, Nev., he posted two 7-0 victories as well as a pin in his opening match. He is 29-3 on the season and is the top-ranked NAIA wrestler in his weight class.

Gebhardt will represent the conference in the running for the NAIA Wrestler of the Week, which is chosen each week throughout the regular season and will be announced on Wednesday afternoon.

The No. 11 ranked Baker wrestling team will return home this Saturday, Feb. 2 to take on Bethany College at the Collins Center at 6 p.m. Saturday is also senior night for the squad.
