School of Education Ambassadors

The School of Education Ambassadors organization provides leadership, service, and learning opportunities for education majors who are dedicated to the profession of education and the community of educators. The student members of SEA are committed to their chosen career field and seek active roles in planning, organizing, and participating in events that benefit their fellow students in the School of Education.

  • Ambassadors plan and collaborate with teachers and administrators in local school districts to develop activities that benefit K-12 students.
  • Ambassadors serve as representatives of the School of Education and take part in activities that inform the public about programs within the school and recruit future education majors.
  • Ambassadors are expected to be exemplary students and role models who are dedicated to academic excellence, active participation in Baker student life, and serious preparation for their chosen profession.

Meetings | Tuesdays 11 a.m. | Case Hall 206

SEA meets to plan events, discuss needs within the School of Education student body, and participate in professional development activities.
