Meet the Irwin Hall Staff

Randall “Randy” Flowers, area coordinator in Irwin Hall, is a second-year graduate student in higher education from Buhler, Kan. He chose Baker because of the opportunities in advising and other areas in Student Affairs that he has never seen before. He likes jet skiing and disc golf. He knows he will like being an AC because of the experience to meet all the new people.

Allyssa Massie, senior resident assistant in Irwin Hall, is senior with majors in both chemistry and Spanish from Lee’s Summit, Mo. She is involved in Baker Alchemists, Phi Eta Sigma and National Society of Collegiate Scholars and is President of the Spanish Club. She chose Baker because of its small class sizes and plenty of opportunities to get involved. She enjoys taking walks, trying exotic food and spending time with friends. She knows she will like being an SRA because she enjoys meeting new people and helping her residents to enjoy their time at Baker.

Lindsay Hill, resident assistant in Irwin Hall, is a junior biomedical engineering major from Kansas City, Mo. She is involved in Mungano, Student Activities Council, Up ‘til Dawn and Community Choir. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, listening to music and singing. She chose Baker because it has a small campus, and the student-to-teacher ratio is relatively small. She knows she will like being an RA because she looks forward to getting to know the residents and helping the freshmen.

Denesha Jones, resident assistant in Irwin Hall, is a junior psychology major with a minor in sociology from St. Louis, Mo. She is involved in Mugano and is a Serve 2 Succeed mentor and member of the cheerleading squad. She chose Baker for the experience and as a great place to start her future. She loves to sing and entertain people. She knows she will like being an RA because she loves to help and meet new people.
