Volunteer & Community Service Opportunities

Opportunities to improve your community are all around you. You are limited only by your imagination.

The following organizations located in and around Baldwin City look for volunteers to help them with their work.

Midnight Farm

Midnight Farm is a 40-acre facility owned by Community Living Opportunities, a 501c3 not-for-profit, serving people with special needs. Volunteers at Midnight Farm help with day services, therapeutic riding classes, gardening, and farm maintenance projects. Their biggest need is in the therapeutic riding program. Midnight Farm is looking for people to serve as horse leaders and side walkers during classes to ensure the safety of the riders. Midnight Farm is a NAHRA-certified facility and NAHRA training is provided. Interested people should contact Bonnie Bruns at This email address is being protected from spambots.
