Campus Admissions

A simple admissions journey, guided every step of the way by someone who knows your name.

Admissions Made Easy

From the moment you plan your visit to the day you move in, you’ll be welcomed into a guided process centered on you.

Step 1: Plan Your Visit

You really have to see Baldwin City for yourself. We have lots of visit options, including 1-on-1, with a group, during special events, or virtually.

Students who visit campus—both in-person or virtually—can qualify for a $1,000 grant.

Step 2: Meet Your Admissions Counselor

At this stage, you get to know your admissions counselor and they get to know you. You’ll always communicate directly with them, not through some generic email account. They’re quick to respond, patient, and can’t wait to help you become a Wildcat.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

It’s free to apply, and you can fill out your application entirely online in minutes. Just create an account, submit your application, and upload required documents.

If your GPA is under 2.5, ACT or SAT scores are required. If your GPA is 2.5 or above, test scores are optional.

You’ll know whether you’ve been admitted to Baker within about two weeks. We’ll reach out if your application is missing anything.

Step 4: Complete Some Paperwork

Congratulations, you’re a Wildcat! Now what?

Your admissions journey wraps up with some financial paperwork. It also includes things like your housing application, official transcripts, and parking permit.
