Password

If you’ve signed up for the self-service password portal, you can reset your Moodle/library/wireless password by visiting access.bakerU.edu and answering your security questions.

If you have not signed up,  Log in to  access.bakerU.edu and set up your security questions.

Grades &Transcript

  • Your grades are available under Academics > My Grades.
  • Request your official transcript at bakerU.edu/transcript
  • Official transcripts are $10 each.
  • Print a free unofficial transcript from your Baker Portal under Academics > Transcript.

Class Schedule

  • Access your class schedule: Academics > Your Class Schedule. Select the correct term in the drop-down.
  • View your courses by list by clicking on the List link next to View by.

Textbook Information

  • Textbook information is found found under your class schedule.
  • Select your class from either the list of week view. If you select from list, click on Course Schedule details.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your textbook.

Email (Degree-Seeking Students)

Adding email to your phone: You must log into your email from a computer before adding the account to a mobile device.

iPhone

  1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  3. Enter your student email address and password and tap Next.
  4. For the server, enter office365.com and tap Next.
    If prompted for username and password, enter your email address and current email password.
  5. Choose what you want to sync and tap Save.

Android

  1. Tap Settings > Accounts > Add Account.
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  3. Enter your student email address and password and tap Next.
  4. For the server, enter office365.com and tap Next.
    If prompted for username and password, enter your email address and current email password.
  5. Choose what you want to sync and tap Save.

Sign In

Overland Park & Wichita Campus: Select WildcatStudent for the wireless network. Open a browser and try to go to a webpage. You will be redirected to the sign-in page. Follow the instructions on the webpage to sign in.

Baldwin City Campus: Select BUWIFI for the wireless network. Open a browser and try to go to a webpage. You will be redirected to the sign-in page. Follow the instructions on the webpage to sign in. If you are in a residence hall, connect to BUDORM to gain internet access.

Important Information for New Students

Your Baker accounts for email, Moodle, and portal will be sent to you three to five business days after you have been enrolled.

Baldwin City students: If you are a new student on the Baldwin City campus, you will receive your Baker accounts during orientation.

If you need additional assistance, submit a help desk ticket: bakerU.edu/helpdesk.

The portal contains your grades, financial ledger card, unofficial transcript, and attendance records: student portal homepage.

Typically, classes are not available to you until shortly before they begin or the day of. It is up to the instructor to make the class available to students.
