Ashley Kretzschmer

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and board-approved counselor supervisor with 10 years of counselor experience in clinical, higher education, and K-12 settings. Currently serving as Director of Career Services at Baker University, I support undergraduate, graduate, and alumni populations through career counseling, assessment, résumé and LinkedIn development, and experiential learning.

With skills in program design, supervision, teaching, and presenting, and a strong foundation in evidence-based counseling and person/student-centered practice, I am committed to mentoring emerging professionals and giving them that career advantage. As owner of a career consulting and résumé writing practice, I translate lived experience into clear, compelling professional narratives.

Right now I am actively expanding my integrative approaches through training in poetry therapy and financial therapy, bringing creativity and real-world practicality to career counseling and supervision.
