About Jennifer

Jennifer joins Baker from Kettering University, where she served as vice president for advancement and external relations. She helped launch the silent phase of a multi‑million‑dollar scholarship campaign and partnered closely with campus leaders, trustees, and alumni to strengthen philanthropic support.

Before Kettering, she spent nearly a decade at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, leading advancement, marketing, and external relations during record‑breaking fundraising years—more than doubling and eventually tripling the university’s fundraising baseline.

Her career also includes leadership roles at the University of Rochester, the National Academy of Engineering, and Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
