About Michele Vignola-Rogers
Michele Vignola-Rogers serves in Baker University’s enrollment team, where she works with prospective students interested in graduate education, doctoral study, and professional advancement in the field of education.
She brings more than 10 years of experience in enrollment recruitment, including work with technical college students and Baker University students. Her background in education, public speaking, administration, and student support informs her approach to helping prospective students identify the program that aligns with their goals.
Vignola-Rogers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a concentration in language arts and literature from Kean University. Earlier in her career, she worked as a co-coordinator for the Leonard Peltier Defense Committee, where she traveled nationally and internationally as a public speaker. She later held administrative roles in banking, fraud, law, politics, and education.
Her connection to Baker extends beyond her enrollment role. She is also the parent of a Baker alumnus and volunteers with Baker University Theatre as house manager. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, word puzzles, and supporting campus events.
