About Dr. Novotorova

Dr. Nadia Novotorova serves as Associate Professor of Marketing in Baker University’s Department of Business and Economics.

Her teaching and academic work focus on marketing, consumer behavior, and the ways people make decisions in business and marketplace settings. Through her courses, Dr. Novotorova helps students connect marketing concepts with real-world business challenges, including audience research, customer needs, brand positioning, communication strategy, and ethical decision-making.
