BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – After winning its seventh straight game last Saturday, 40-16, over Graceland University, the Baker University football team jumped from No. 6 to No. 4 in this week's NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

The No. 4 ranking is the highest in the tenure of head coach Mike Grossner in his 10 years leading the Wildcats.

The Wildcats will celebrate senior day this Saturday, Nov. 16, as they host No. 19 ranked Peru State at 1 p.m. inside Liston Stadium.

Baker comes in with a record of 9-1, while Peru State enters the game having lost two-straight and a record of 7-3.

The Wildcats are in search for its first 10-win season since the 1993 season, in which Baker went 10-3.

Baker, No. 7 Missouri Valley and No. 9 Benedictine are all tied for first-place in the HAAC Standings with a 7-1 conference record. With a win, Baker would tie for at least a share of the conference championship for the first time since 1993.
