French was the only freshman named to the First-Team All-Conference team after a season in which she played in all 119 sets for the Wildcats and collected 250 kills and averaged 2.10 kills per set.
The Overland Park, Kan., native led Baker with 166 total blocks and 27 solo blocks and 139 block assists.
This marks the first time Smith has been named to the First-Team All-Conference. The senior outside hitter led Baker with 355 kills and 2.98 kills per set. She also had a team high 40 service aces and second on the team in digs with 308.
This is the third-straight season that Boss has earned a spot on the Frist-Team All-Conference team after another stellar season. Boss was the team leader in assists with 1,138, second with 19 solo blocks and 85 block assists and fourth in kills with 211.
Two-time HAAC Libero of the Week, Renata Dill earned a place on the HAAC Second-Team All-Conference with her team high 575 digs and averaged 4.83 digs per set.
The final Wildcat named to the All-Conference team is junior Jasmyn Turner. The Lawrence, Kan., product had some big matches in conference play and finished fifth on the team in kills with 134, but was third on the squad in solo blocks with 10.
The Wildcats went 19-14 in 2012 and finished fourth in the HAAC with a conference record of 6-3.
