Dr. Cassy Bailey | Dean of Students
I love my job as the Dean of Students! I feel so honored to work with our students through their formative time in college. Students can often be found in my office chatting about life, love, loss, or other. Professionally, I have been at Baker since 2007 and earned my Ed.D. through the university in 2012. Personally, I am married to Erik Bailey, 1991 Baker alum, and we have two wonderful kids and four dogs.

Susan England | Department Assistant
I have been a lifelong resident of Baldwin City and love my hometown and the fact that Baker is such a huge part of our community! I live outside of Baldwin with my husband, and for the last 16 years I owned a medical transcription business, which allowed me flexibility to raise our three children. Baker University has been the perfect place for me to start a new career now that my kids are grown.
